All the advanced metrics will show up in the app.
The accuracy falls between plus or minus 0.5 percent, which is great.

Well, to be honest, it is one of the best product in its category.
The operations are very easy, anyone can use it. And is fairly accurate, which is the main thing to consider.
Only let down is the mobile app. It does not integrate with other fitness apps for daily tracking. Data is only stored in the app once uninstalled everything is gone.
